Our weekly 10 minute take-over will bring you a topic to help boost your motivation and understanding, delivered by industry specialists!
ACCOUNTABILITY
Each week we'll ask you for your update. We don't deal in numbers on the scale BUT we do want to know if the scales have shown progress or not!
GUIDANCE
We'll guide you to build your own eating plan that fits for YOU! If you don't make progress each week, we'll help you review your plan to keep you on track!
COMMUNITY
